Professional Background and Experience

I started my real estate career as a facilities manager for a subsidiary of IBM.  My responsibilities included site selections, lease negotiations, and office construction, including data, security and telecommunication installations. This experience taught me to first listen to the client, communicate the goal, develop a plan to meet the goal, and to always exceed their expectations.

I am a current member of the National Association of REALTORS® and a member of the Monroe Rotary Club since 2005.  There, I have served as a Board Member in different capacities; communication, community services, and operations. I am the Windermere Foundation Chair for my office and volunteer with the WA State Office of the Insurance Commissioner, helping seniors navigate the Medicare system.

Commitment to Excellence

For me, excellence is exceeding expectations and always being there for my clients. It means being an advocate, professional, confidante and friend. My determination is unwavering and my attention to detail is exemplary. My goal is to represent your interests, negotiate the best price and terms, and guide you smoothly through your real estate transaction.

Personal Interests

I grew up in New Hampshire, the eldest and only female of 5 children. My husband and I moved to the Great Northwest in 1990 and although we visit our families on the east coast at least twice a year, we have found ourselves very rooted here. Traveling throughout the country confirmed for me that WA State is truly one of the most desirable, beautiful, and healthiest places to live. My family and I continue to enjoy the outdoors; climbing, bicycling, skiing, and have summited Mt. Rainer in June 1991.

Our daughter, Gabrielle, was born in 1992 and we raised her in Duvall for 20 years.  Afterwards, my husband and I downsized and relocated to Lake Stevens.  It was much more work than I ever imagined and I have more empathy for my clients after going through that process.
