Marlene helped us purchase a new home this year when the market was going crazy! She was flexible with her time, and patient with us and the fact that we were trying to purchase contingent. we soon agreed that we would not be successful so Marlene sold our house and then we went searching again for our new home. She drove us all over with our needs in mind, did her research and new the area and the market. She was even helpful after the purchase of our home. The sellers took some items they shouldn't have and Marlene worked the selling agent to get the items back.
